These conditions cover horizonmolecular.com, its catalog, documents and test checkout. “Horizon Molecular,” “we,” and “our” refer to the store operating under that trading name. Contact us at support@horizonmolecular.com.
The legal seller’s registered name, business address and applicable commercial terms will be published before paid ordering opens. This prelaunch edition does not identify an unconfirmed legal entity or select a governing jurisdiction.
2. Responsible access
The collection is intended for adults with the qualifications, facilities and authorization needed for lawful laboratory research. You must be at least 21 to access product details or place a commercial order when that service becomes available, and meet any higher age or eligibility requirement applicable to your location.
Provide accurate information when contacting us or using an authorized account. Keep account credentials private. Do not impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, submit fraudulent information or use automated requests to abuse the test checkout. We may restrict access needed to prevent misuse or protect the service.
3. Permitted product use
All listed materials are exclusively for lawful laboratory research. They are not supplied for human or animal consumption, administration, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, household use, cosmetics, food or supplementation. The website does not provide medical advice, dosing or administration instructions.
Researchers are responsible for assessing a material’s identity, hazards and suitability for their laboratory protocol; following applicable handling, storage, transport and disposal requirements; and maintaining appropriate training and protective measures. A research-use designation does not remove any legal restriction that applies to a material or its use.
4. Labels, specifications and batch documents
Vial sizes indicate labeled material quantities, not doses. Product photographs illustrate the catalog presentation; confirm the selected compound, size, lot and specification rather than relying on an image alone.
A certificate of analysis (COA) relates to the sample, batch, methods and results described in that document. It does not establish that every analytical property has been tested, prove sterility, or establish suitability for human or animal use. Read the original report and its stated limits.
Where a price, ingredient breakdown, specification or COA is pending, the website marks it as pending. Do not infer a blend’s formulation from its trade name. If information is missing or inconsistent, contact us before making a purchasing or research decision. We may correct catalog errors; a material correction to an accepted commercial order would be communicated before proceeding.
5. Test checkout and future commercial orders
The current test is limited to one BPC-157 10mg selection. The sample subtotal is offset in full, leaving $0 charged. The resulting record is labeled TEST, is excluded from sales totals and cannot be marked paid or fulfilled. It is not a sales confirmation, reservation, invoice for payment or promise to deliver goods. Test access may be limited or closed.
Before commercial ordering opens, we will disclose actual prices, availability, payment methods, seller identity, delivery regions and purchase conditions. A pending price is not a zero-dollar offer. A catalog listing or saved cart does not reserve stock or constitute acceptance of an order.
For future commercial orders, the amount payable, any shipping charge, taxes and applicable conditions must be shown before payment. Acceptance and payment status will be communicated separately from a cart or test record. We may decline an order we cannot lawfully or reliably supply; any payment taken for an order we cancel must be addressed through the applicable refund process and legal requirements.
Welcome offer
When enabled, HORIZONWELCOME applies the published percentage to merchandise on a first eligible paid order for the customer email supplied at checkout. Only one discount code may apply to an order. Shipping and taxes are excluded. Previous paid or refunded orders make that email ineligible. No email signup or marketing subscription is required to view the code.
The offer may be switched off or changed before an order is accepted. Current availability and the final calculated discount must be confirmed at checkout. The offer does not apply to the prelaunch test, does not reserve stock, and is not a promise that paid ordering is currently available.
6. Dispatch, delivery and issues
Dispatch time means the time before a parcel is handed to the carrier; delivery time is the carrier’s transit estimate. We have not announced a dispatch guarantee, carrier, delivery region or free-shipping offer. Read the shipping information applicable to your order before paying.
If a commercial order cannot be shipped within the stated period, we will provide the delay information and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. A carrier delay does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
For a damaged, incorrect or missing commercial shipment, contact support with the order number and a description of the issue. Preserve packaging and available photographs for review. Do not return laboratory materials without instructions for an authorized and safe return. The returns and refunds page explains the current prelaunch status; final eligibility rules will be disclosed before sales open. Test records require no return or refund because no payment or goods are exchanged.
7. Content and third-party documents
Horizon branding, photographs and original website content are protected by the rights of their owners. You may browse the site and keep product information and published reports for legitimate evaluation and research records. Do not alter a report, remove attribution, imply a third party endorses Horizon, or reproduce protected content commercially without permission.
External websites and laboratory reports may be controlled by other organizations. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Linking to a document does not extend its findings beyond the scope stated by its author.
8. Availability and responsibility
We take care to present information clearly, but website access may be interrupted and catalog details can change. The website is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that general catalog information is suitable for a particular laboratory project.
Nothing in these conditions excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation on responsibility applies only to the extent allowed by law and does not excuse fraud or other liability that must remain. No mandatory arbitration provision or class-action waiver is imposed by this prelaunch edition.

We will date material revisions and provide additional notice where required. Future changes will not silently change the terms of an already accepted order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent the law allows. Mandatory protections under applicable law take priority.
