Catalog questions
Direct answers about labeled quantities, compound references, batch evidence and current store availability.
What is Horizon Molecular?
Horizon Molecular is a storefront presenting peptides, blends and coenzymes with individually labeled vial quantities, compound references and a library for original batch documents. The collection is currently in prelaunch preview.
Are products for human or animal use?
No. All materials are exclusively for laboratory research. They are not supplied for consumption, administration, therapeutic use or diagnostic use. The site provides no dosing instructions or medical advice.
Can I place a paid order now?
No. Commercial checkout is closed. BPC-157 10mg has a test flow using a $1 sample price, fully offset to $0 charged. It requests no card or delivery address and creates a TEST record only. No product is purchased, reserved or shipped.
What does the vial size mean?
A size such as 10mg is the labeled quantity of material in a vial, not a dose. A blend label may state the total fill; it does not establish the individual ingredients or their amounts. Verify the supplied molecular form and lot specification separately.
How do I compare variants?
Choose a size on the product page to see its bottle image, SKU, availability and COA control. Each SKU identifies a specific catalog selection. A variant's name or image does not establish its purity or exact chemical form.
Where can I find a certificate of analysis?
Use the COA control for the selected product size or search the certificate library by compound or lot. Reports appear only when actual original batch documents are published. COA pending means no original report is currently published for that selection.
How should I match a COA to a vial?
Compare the report's compound, lot identity and applicable labeled quantity with the supplied vial and supplier specification. Check the report issuer, date, methods and stated findings. If a field is missing or inconsistent, ask support before treating the document as evidence for that material.
Do scientific references prove a Horizon batch was tested?
No. Papers and compound databases describe the named compound or a material studied by their authors. They are separate from a lot-specific COA and do not establish a Horizon vial's identity, purity, sterility or storage conditions.
What is in KLOW and GLOW?
KLOW is pictured with an 80mg total fill and GLOW with 70mg. Their ingredient identities and individual quantities remain pending supplier confirmation. The trade names and total fill alone do not establish either blend's formulation.
When will orders ship?
Commercial ordering is not open, and test records are never shipped. Confirmed dispatch windows, carriers, regions, rates and any delivery estimates will be published before paid ordering begins. No same-day dispatch or free-shipping guarantee has been announced.
How does the welcome offer work?
When enabled, the displayed percentage and HORIZONWELCOME code apply to the first eligible paid order for the customer email used at checkout. One code may apply per order; shipping and taxes are excluded. The offer requires no newsletter signup, does not affect the test checkout and does not mean paid ordering is open.
How do I contact Horizon Molecular?
Email support@horizonmolecular.com with the compound name, vial size and lot or order number when relevant. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, medical histories or unnecessary identity documents.
For a practical checklist, read how to review a batch document. Explore the compound directory or contact customer care.
